What we make

File Upload App is a hosted intake tool that turns a single branded URL into a secure dropbox for your clients, contractors, or collaborators. Anyone with the link can upload — no account, no portal, no twenty-megabyte attachment bouncing back from a mail server. Every upload lands encrypted, organized, and delivered straight into the destination you choose: a Slack channel, a Google Drive folder, or a Dropbox folder.

The problem we set out to fix

Most teams collect files the same way they did fifteen years ago: a long email thread, a request for a "quick upload," a back-and-forth about size limits, and a final scramble to find which version actually got sent. Heavyweight client portals solve the security problem but introduce a new one — your clients have to register, remember a password, and learn an unfamiliar interface before they can hand you a single PDF.

File Upload App removes both halves of that friction. Senders get a link that opens, accepts the file, and confirms delivery in seconds. Receivers get a clean handoff into the workflow they already use, with the upload encrypted in transit and at rest and an optional password on any link.

Freelancers and studios collecting deliverables from clients. Agencies running intake across multiple brands. Principles we build on

• The sender does no work. No account creation. No download. No tutorial. The link opens, the file goes up.
• Files belong in the tools you already trust. We route to Slack, Google Drive, and Dropbox rather than asking you to log into yet another dashboard to find what arrived.
• Security is a default, not a tier. Encryption in transit and at rest is on for every plan, free included. Password protection is one toggle, not a sales call.
• Honest pricing. A free forever plan that actually works for a single intake. Paid tiers when you outgrow it. No "contact us" pricing.
